How much is delivery?

Delivery to UK mainland is already included in the price of stretched canvases so the price you see if what you pay, but it does mean if you wish to order three or more of the same size we can offer a discount. The postage for unframed prints is £2.00 per order (not per print). If you wish to order from outside the UK mainland then please e-mail us with your location, the size and the quantity required for a price.

Can you check if an image is suitable before I purchase?

Yes, please e-mail us the image or post it through along with the size you would like and we will happily take a look and let you know.

If I post a photo or artwork will it be returned?

Yes, all items recieved are returned even if you decide not to purchase.

Can you alter the colours?

Yes, we can convert to sepia or black and white at no extra cost. Any other minor alterations requested can also be done at no extra cost.

Payment Terms

All orders to be paid for in full prior to despatch.

Shipping And Handling

Goods are despatched within 5 working days of payment clearing. If an item is lost in transit then 14 days after dispatch we will claim for the loss and send replacements out to you.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us within 7 days for a returns number then return the item in the same condition within 7days for a full refund of item. Unfortunatly we cannot refund your postage costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged then please provide proof of the damage (ie Photo) and we will send out a replacement within a couple of days.

Privacy Policy

Criss Cross Crafts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. All photos are returned with purchase and scans deleted once the order is complete.
